The Enhanced Service Catalogue template Cherwell mApp from Sollertis provides a fully flexible work item and approval creation process based on ticket classification.

This mApp adds additional functionality to the out-of-the-box Service Catalogue business object, allowing users to add static and dynamic approvals of the following type; User, Customer, Team and location to a service catalogue template, giving full flexibility and allowing users to gain maximum utility from the tool.

In addition, Enhanced Service Catalogue templates includes the ability to generate approvals based on a one-step as well as using the static and dynamic approvals functionality.

Approvals are linked up to specifics forms for authorising manager approval, and the ability to add dependencies to approvals is also added.
