Shaun has 16 years experience on service desk and 14 years experience with Cherwell from support and PSO. He enjoys developing and customising ITSM solutions to help businesses work faster, smarter and more efficient.

Pete can discuss all things Cherwell and OneBot, Working with the Cherwell platform from basic configuration to API integrations for the past 9 years, Pete can happily share the ups and downs of the journey.

Darren has 3 years experience with Cherwell and previously worked as a Major Incident Manager for 14 years prior. He has a passion for developing solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
